Leading up to the event:
We’ll remain in regular email contact with our Superheroes & Sidekicks as we speed towards the big day to ensure you have all the info you need. Check out our Superhero Tri FAQs for more super details & do keep an eye on our website & social media for the latest super developments!
What to bring:
We’ll provide you with your race number & swim hat at registration on the day, so all you’ll need to bring is:
The equipment & kit you plan to use on the course, plus tools/spares if needed. Check out our Super Kit Page for inspiration.
Sunscreen
Your Superhero outfit, of course!
On the day:
Super Start Times: All participants will receive an email in advance of the event day confirming their wave & start time.

Parking: There is plenty of free parking for all Superheroes, Sidekicks & spectators. We will give priority parking to our Superheroes where we can. Plus there will be a shuttle service & a drop-off point for you & your kit near Mission HQ, so do take advantage of this. Parking attendants will be there to direct you.
When to arrive: We ask all Superheroes & Sidekicks to arrive a good 90 minutes before your start time to park up, register, attend a pre-race debrief & warm up ready for action. Check out our directions page.
Registration: First stop is Mission HQ to sign in & receive your Super Race Pack. If you are in a team, please nominate only one person to come & collect your race pack.
Superhero Village: There’ll be all sorts of entertainment laid on throughout the day & you’ll be able to buy food & refreshments to stay super-charged. Head to our Super Spectator page to see our Super Site Map & how much fun there is to come!
